FitQuest is the official and exclusive provider of off-ice training services for KGHA members.

All BB, A and AA teams at Peewee, Bantam, Midget and Intermediate will be taking part in a minimum of 10 FitQuest sessions each season.

All KGHA teams are eligible to receive special group pricing. Please contact the KGHA development coordinator, or FitQuest directly for pricing and availability.

If your team is not taking advantage of team rates as part of their season development plan, note that FitQuest has reserved space for KGHA members to still receive preferred rates for individual drop-in group training. Contact aaron@fitquest.ca for pricing and availability.
