The below is the list of players invited back to the final tryout session.
All parents and players(12 years old), will need to click the link below and fill out the Covid 19 tracing form before heading to the Carleton University arena.This does take some time as you have to create an account, upload vaccine dose documents to the site, and then go back in to do your COVID self-assessment.
Carleton U Update
Parents/coaches/players (if eligible) cannot enter the building unless they can provide proof of vaccination (at least one dose presently -
see KGHA website for more details).
All vaccination receipts are required to be uploaded into the
cuScreen website for Carleton University - the registration code is
CARLETONU-VISITOR. The Carleton University screening form on this website needs to be used each time a team goes to CU for each individual.
The KGHA COVID form does not need to be completed for this arena.
NOTE: CU allows only one spectator per participant.
