The selection process will consist of an evaluation of the submitted coaching application and an interview by the Coach Selection Committee. Only those candidates deemed to be appropriately qualified shall be given an interview. Candidate assessments will be based on experience, qualifications, and coaching philosophy.
NOTE: The KGHA reserves the right to withdraw open positions if an exceptionally qualified candidate is found. As per our KGHA constitution and with the situation with the 2020-2021 Competitive Hockey Season, if we deem a candidate worthy of the coaching position to which they apply, the Competitive Committee will appoint the successful applicant to the position without a competitive process
Interested applicants are to send a KGHA coach application to the VP Competitive by April 1, 2021.
