Our very own Lady Sens Midget AA team headed down the highway in style this weekend to participate in the Stoney Creek Sabres Showcase tournament.
The team came together on and off the ice- literally!
The Midget AA family traveled together to Stoney Creek by bus, and bus driver Pascal became the newest and loudest Lady Sens fan!
The bonding continued as the team improved on the ice all weekend. The Lady Sens finished the weekend with a 3-2 record and outscored opponents 16-9.

Win 7-2 vs Milwaukee Jr Admirals
Loss 1-4 vs Chicago Mission Coyotes
Win 3-0 vs Dallas Stars Elite
Win 5-1 vs Scarborough
The Lady Sens also had an impressive showing in a dance-off versus the Philadelphia Jr Flyers Team during a pregame warm-up. (Live action footage available on the team's Instagram feed!!)
The parents prepared an impressive Potluck dinner at the hotel, family breakfasts for the players and provided snacks all weekend long.
Next stops: The regular season schedule kicks off Wednesday night when the team host the Lady 67's. And the next tournie is in Etobicoke with the rest of the KGHA Competitive family!
