Little Girl Leaders (LGL) is excited for KGHA to join them on July 15th for an interactive discussion with CEO Nancy J. Spotton and Olympic gold medalist Jennifer Botterill to build the next generation of confident young leaders in sport. In November, Chantal was a quiet girl, who hid at the back of the room avoiding any possibility of having to speak in front of her team. By February, she was the first to step on stage to share what makes her great. In May, she was asked to be the valedictorian of her grade 8 class. What changed? Her mom told LGL that it wouldn’t be possible without the confidence gained from habits learned from Nancy J. Spotton in the inaugural Little Girl Leaders exercise.

They're here for one day only with Jennifer to provide stories and strategies to build habits of dealing with losing, self-awareness and how coaches can connect effectively.
