Jersey Update: We Need Your Help!

As some of you well know, there have been sizing concerns in the past, particularly at younger levels, so we want to do due diligence this time around, wipe the slate clean and ensure that we are bang-on with respect to sizing; at all levels.

As such, we would ask anyone who has a free moment on Saturday or Sunday, to consider stopping by the Hobbins Hockey Shop with their daughter and trying on a new jersey to help us properly size each level, in preparation for our imminent order. All your daughter needs is shoulder pads and elbow pads. A lot of you are already at the Sensplex for 3on3 or 4on4, so taking a few extra minutes to help us out would be appreciated, immensely, should you be able to.
Not everyone is sized equally, so we’d like to get a data set for several girls at every age group, Novice through Midget. It would be a huge help to the entire association, so please consider stopping by on Saturday (between 8AM-1PM) or Sunday (between 9AM-5PM). Thank you in advance!

JERSEY UPDATE!

We have elected to go with a white jersey at home and a navy jersey on the road, as per the mockup you see herein. We will utilize the already existing KGHA socks (that were new in 2017-18), as they match identically. The shoulders feature the Lady Sens crest on one side – an ode to our KGHA high performance program, and a Canadian flag on the other – an obvious ode to the fine country in which we live; the true north strong and free.

On the front of each jersey, home and away, a small DIFD heart will be located on the collar area in honour of Daron Richardson and symbolic of our ongoing support of DIFD and youth mental health initiatives. Our traditional KGHA logo will remain, unchanged, adorning the front of the jersey. The other elements speak for themselves!
