Celebrating Canada’s game on the most iconic rink in the country

The rain eased up just long enough on Family Day for Bantam C to enjoy a moment that they’ll remember forever: playing hockey on Parliament Hill. The girls took on the Smiths Falls B team for a friendly match in the shadow of the Peace Tower. It’s all part of the wrap-up celebrations for Canada’s sesquicentennial year.
