KGHA Members,
First and foremost, thank you to all the competitive parents for your responses to the competitive survey sent last week. House league teams, now it's your turn, and we want to hear from you!
Please be advised that the mid-season survey for house league teams only is now online and available for submission. Please note that the link below is for house league teams only and that competitive parents should follow the link that was sent last week.

House league parents, your feedback is invaluable and will largely help shape our program. We take all feedback seriously and will use it to help make our program the best it can be!
The survey is comprised of nine questions and should take roughly five minutes to complete. The responses are anonymous and results are grouped together. Results will be analyzed by KGHA executives who will only provide an overview of results and comments with appropriate team staff to assist in how we can improve our KGHA programs going forward.
This survey will be open for a three week window. We would appreciate completion of the survey by no later than Wednesday, January 10th, 2017. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We would strongly encourage anyone with a child at the house league level to fill out this year’s survey. Please, only one survey per player.
