Maddison Stitt will don black and gold of the LU Lions next season
The Ottawa Senators Women's Hockey Club and the Kanata Girls Hockey Association are pleased and proud to announce Maddison Stitt's commitment to Lindenwood University.Maddison Stitt, now in her third season as a Junior Lady Sen, has recently accepted an offer from Lindenwood University, the Ottawa Senators Women's Hockey Club and the Kanata Girls Hockey Association are pleased and proud to announce.
The Kanata native, who has played all her minor hockey in the KGHA, will don the black and gold of the Lions next season.
Lindenwood, which plays in the six-team, Division 1 College Hockey America conference , is located in St. Charles, Missouri, just west of St. Louis. Founded in 1827, Lindenwood is primarily a liberal arts school, but offers more than 130 degree options to its 5,600 students.
Stitt plans to study exercise science.
The blueliner is currently in first place for points for defensive players and tied with several other PWHL players, for fifth place in league scoring with 2 goals and 4 assists for 6 points.
